I've always been drawn to objects, buildings and mechanisms. To anything that carries an intention behind its form.

Before trying to change a system, my first instinct is to understand its logic, its constraints and the choices that shaped it.

While studying economics, I spent my evenings rethinking websites and exploring interfaces. I eventually realised I didn't just want to analyse systems, I wanted to take part in designing them.

Economics taught me to understand them. Design taught me to give them form.

I'm a Product Designer specialising in B2B software, AI-powered products and complex workflows.

I've worked on a care coordination platform, tools used by thousands of food service professionals, an application built for a trade that had little tooling, and an AI-powered customer support automation system.

My approach stays the same: understand the trade and how people work before designing the interface.

I get involved from framing through to production, working with product teams, developers, founders and users.

My role is to design, but also to clarify problems, challenge assumptions and help teams make better decisions.

What interests me most is what happens when a product meets reality.

There is often a gap between the original intention and the lived experience. Users hesitate, skip steps or invent their own ways of doing things. That is often where the most interesting problems are.

I believe in a simplicity that comes from understanding, not from systematically removing things.

For me, designing a product means turning an intention into a tool that is useful, clear and suited to the reality of the people who use it.
